Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Brief knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes.
- In process Inspection activity at different stage of transformer manufacturing.
- Perform regular quality check tests for the early identification of any potential issues.
- Drawing study.
- Knowledge of reference IS and IEC standards for power transformer.
- Knowledge for testing of transformer oil.
- Documentation adhere to ISO 9001.
- Practice of using measuring and testing instruments. (Megger Isolation test Vernier caliper Micrometer etc)
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
- Willing to come in shifts duty.
- Stay updated about safety and legal standards and regulations for manufacturing processes and manufactured products.
- Basic knowledge of computer and preparing inspection reports.
Required Qualifications
- Having 8-15 years working experience in Power transformer
- Full Time Degree or Diploma from the reputed Institutes.
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
