About the Role:
The Junior Support Analyst will provide front line support in addressing the application incident queue. The person in this role will perform troubleshooting of application and server processes with some data analytics and communicate with users. The Support Analyst will also ensure our applications are ready for business especially after maintenance work such as patching or software releases.
This is a demanding role within a fast-paced business unit requiring customer facing skills attention to detail ability to quickly learn hedge fund operations and fund accounting and the ability to work in a team environment.
