Job Description
The Midwests #1 Remodeleris looking for aInstall Technicianto representMad City Windows & Baths in fielding a variety of residential construction service and repair appointments within our Owatonna MN market!
Mad City Windows & Baths leads the industry in residential Bath Kitchen and Window installation standards! We are searching for a well-rounded and experienced maintenance tech that has at least 3 years in the construction remodeling or bulding maintenance experience.
Our install technicians follow up with warranty or repair claims on any remodeling jobs that Mad City Windows & Baths completes.
Daily tasks could include the following:
Drywall patching
Painting and staining
Installing shower doors
Fixing plumbing leaks
Replacing window sashes
Wrapping windows
Interior trim work
General caulking and cleaning
Misc. carpentry work
What we need from you:
Valid Drivers License
3 years of residential remodeling and repair
Good customer service and communication skills
What we do for you:

Competitive hourly wage of $22 - $25/hour
