Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Solutions Analysts providing guidance mentorship and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the region to ensure the effective management of application inventories throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of processes and controls for managing application lifecycles ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and validations of application inventories ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application inventory processes and systems.
- Deliver high-quality risk-based reporting on application inventory processes supported by solid data and evidence.
- Foster effective communication and alignment with stakeholders ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
