Were looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven Project Manager to lead global initiatives that foster inclusion and cultural transformation across our enterprise. While this role is based in Brazil it will have a truly global reachsupporting teams across regions and time zones to build a workplace where everyone feels seen heard and valued.
Youll be a connector between strategy and execution helping to scale inclusive programs and cultural initiatives that resonate across diverse geographies and identities.
Responsibilities:
Design implement and manage global inclusion and culture initiatives ensuring alignment with regional needs and global strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across continents to deliver impactful inclusion programs
Maintain project timelines budgets and success metrics with a global team.
Serve as a central point of contact for global inclusion efforts.
Partner with HR Global Employee Resource Group (ERGs) leader and business leaders to co-create inclusive strategies
Facilitate virtual workshops listening sessions and feedback loops across time zones
Occasionally analyze global employee engagement and inclusion survey data to identify trends and opportunities
Craft inclusive messaging and campaigns that resonate across cultures and languages
Support change management efforts to embed inclusive behaviors and mindsets globally
Ensure all programs are culturally sensitive and adaptable to local contexts while maintaining global consistency
Stay informed on international inclusion trends legislation and best practices

Education:
Bachelors degree in business Human Resources or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources
Experience in leading cross-functional teams or initiatives is preferred
Change Management Certification or experience is preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with resilience by influencing dynamically and energize multidiscipline work teams
Demonstrated proficient analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business issues apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions and the ability to design programs to address and respond to these challenges
Understanding of change management methodology and planning
Some experience with managing medium to large scale projects and initiatives.
Strong consulting strategic thinking and leadership skills balanced with the ability to execute a project plan comfort with leading through ambiguity and adapts quickly to changing priorities or challenges
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders in a global matrix
Demonstrated ability to think and influence through Enterprise Powered Leadership
Demonstrated ability to drive results and continuous improvement Influence others to think outside the box to create bold new solutions through future oriented thinking Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with sponsors subject matter experts and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated active listening and probing questioning skills
Demonstrates desire and initiative to further develop professional skills and expertise as well as develop proficient knowledge of the business
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
