We are seeking an experienced Project Managerto lead development initiatives within theRetained Systemsdomain as part of CochlearsS/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Program. This role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of both internal development teams and third-party vendors ensuring seamless integration with the broader program objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage development projects within the Retained Systems space.
  • Coordinate and oversee deliverables from internal Cochlear development teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure alignment with the overall S/4HANA program roadmap milestones and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets.
  • Proactively identify risks manage issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Cochlears quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to program leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in managing complex IT projects preferably within SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
  • Strong background in the manufacturing sector; experience in medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams within a large-scale program environment.
  • Exceptional organizational leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485 (preferred).
  • Professional project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP).
