We are seeking an experienced Project Managerto lead development initiatives within theRetained Systemsdomain as part of CochlearsS/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Program. This role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of both internal development teams and third-party vendors ensuring seamless integration with the broader program objectives and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development projects within the Retained Systems space.
- Coordinate and oversee deliverables from internal Cochlear development teams and external vendors.
- Ensure alignment with the overall S/4HANA program roadmap milestones and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets.
- Proactively identify risks manage issues and drive timely resolution.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Cochlears quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to program leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects preferably within SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
- Strong background in the manufacturing sector; experience in medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams within a large-scale program environment.
- Exceptional organizational leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485 (preferred).
- Professional project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP).
