The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer or Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services particularly SharePoint and OneDrive. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise environments implementing governance practices and ensuring secure and efficient collaboration across platforms.

- Role: Sr. M365 Engineer/Administrator
- Experience: 6-9 years
- Work Location: Phoenix AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services with a focus on SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Configure maintain and optimize Microsoft Purview and SharePoint Advanced Management features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enforce governance policies and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting migrations and integrations.
- Ensure compliance data security and alignment with organizational IT standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
- Experience with SharePoint Advanced Management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AvePoint Governance solutions.
- Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
