Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional care in clients homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Monitor client health and report changes in condition
- Maintain a clean safe and respectful environment for clients
Requirements
- Current CNA HHA or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
- Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to reach clients throughout Loudoun County
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
