To accelerate our growth we are looking for a Medior Account Manager with a hunter mindset and a passion for driving new business.
Your mission
As a Medior Account Manager you will run the full sales cycle for medium-sized opportunities while supporting senior colleagues on larger strategic deals. Through close collaboration with our Go-to-Market marketing product and customer success teams you ensure that clients experience both measurable value and a smooth journey with Spacewells smart building workplace asset and energy solutions.
What youll do
- Engage prospective clients understand their business needs and align Spacewell solutions accordingly.
- Own the sales cycle for mid-sized opportunities: prospecting qualification demos proposals and closing with senior team support when needed.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of business and account plans.
- Maintain and grow stakeholder relationships in assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure a seamless onboarding and lasting client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and support sales initiatives at events webinars and client meetings.
What were looking for
- 35 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience ideally in PropTech smart building or workplace solutions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and contributing to account growth.
- Consultative selling skills to translate technology into real business value.
- Familiarity with CRM tools pipeline management and basic modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDD(P)ICC SPIN etc.).
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A coachable team-oriented mindset with openness to using AI tools.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Technology or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of facilities or real estate processes is a plus.
