About the Role
For ourLegnano (Milan)office we are looking for aCustomer Marketing Internto support the Customer Marketing team in operational tasks with a focus on Category Management analysis implementation plans and Trade Marketing projects. We are looking for individuals who embody our values are not afraid to take initiative innovate experiment and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this sounds like you wed love to meet you! The internship will last6 months (renewable)and is set to start on October. Important note:A personal vehicle is required as the office is not accessible by public transportation.
What You Will Do
Analyze market and sales data to support strategic decisions.
Create reports to evaluate the performance of assigned categories.
Support Category Managers in the development and implementation of category projects (assortment review layout redesign and display optimization).
Create custom planograms to optimize shelf exposure.
Develop and produce POP materials in collaboration with the Marketing team and creative agencies.
Coordinate internally and participate in weekly cross-functional alignment meetings.
Who You Are
Bachelors or Masters degree (or in progress) in Marketing Economics or related fields.
Strong interest in data analysis and consumer behavior.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
