Care Coordinator Domiciliary Care Service Up to 27000 Bonus

Our client a well-established domiciliary care service is seeking a motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join its dedicated team. This role offers the chance to take on meaningful responsibility in a supportive environment coordinating high-quality home care for individuals who rely on compassionate reliable support in their daily lives.

The position is ideal for someone with previous experience in care coordination who is ready to take the next step in their career while enjoying training development and a rewarding bonus scheme.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in a Care Coordinator role within domiciliary or home care
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or leading a care team
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • A proactive flexible approach with commitment to high-quality care

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan organise and coordinate care rotas to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support and supervise care staff promoting best practice and high standards of care
  • Act as the main point of contact for care workers clients and families
  • Manage scheduling changes and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Contribute to staff recruitment training and ongoing development
