The Office of the Executive Director Climate Change & Strategy is currently seeking to appoint a Divisional Coordinator to support the Division in delivering its strategic and policy responsibilities until the end of the year.
About The Role
As Divisional Coordinator you will provide vital coordination project and administrative support to ensure effective communication and collaboration between the Climate Change & Strategy Divisions leadership team and key stakeholders including the Office of the Deputy Secretary the Cabinet team . Central to the role is working as a team to manage the Climate Change & Strategy Coordination mailbox allocating tracking and reviewing a range of diverse requests to ensure that they are received by the Executive Director in a timely manner.
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive organised and able to work independently setting their own priorities while balancing competing and rapidly shifting demands. They will be committed to ensuring clear and consistent communications with senior staff with strong attention to detail. They will bring strong coordination and problem-solving skills with the confidence to make recommendations that improve policies projects and processes.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working across diverse stakeholders thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and is motivated to contribute to meaningful outcomes in Climate Change & Strategy.
