A medical supplies company is seeking an Intake Representative to join its team specializing in processing patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing and verifying patient referral documentation
Coordinating with healthcare providers patients and internal teams
Entering referral data accurately and efficiently into company systems
Ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant
Supporting patients and providers with questions about the referral process
