As a Senior Advanced Machining Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Leading New Tech Development with target to transfer Technology in Supply Chain
- Setting cost-effective plan for NTD program
- Analyzing and Development of critical production processes and fine tuning them in MFG Dept.
- Supporting Supply Chain activities on Special Processes NCR resolution technical equipment evaluation
- Working in close contact with Design Teams for prototyping and developing New Products
- Identify both technological and HSE risks elaborate mitigation plan and execute preventive and corrective actions
- Managing as Technical Expert Qualification of Special Process (e.g.: surface treatments babbitting )
- Innovating to enhance manufacturing practices
- Staying focused on HSE compliance at highest level in Industry
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Masters or Bachelors from accredited University
- Have at least from 5 to 10 years of industry experience
- Have strong previous experience in Mechanical Operations
- Have experience in Manufacturing Special Processes
- Have good background in Material Science especially in Metallurgy
- Be oriented to teamwork contributing to accomplish team project overall goals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Have excellent problem-solving innovation attitude
- Have professional proficiency in English and Italian.
- Have prior experience as a manufacturing engineer could be a plus.
