We are looking for aSr Analystjoin our team in our Regulatory and Compliance group.
This role is considered a Junior-Intermediate role with 2 years experience with a Computer Science background and an interest in updating SharePoint data entry computer programming and data analysis.

What You Will Do:
Execute EnCompass data management for regulatory led activities including reportable events inspections assessments audits information requests and commitments.
Ensure applicable accurate information is prepared and uploaded into Encompass.
Participate in regular team meetings and present compliance activity and status reports.
Provide continual improvement feedback to internal department processes and document accordingly.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with department staff through proactive involvement in regulatory compliance activities.
Manage the department SharePoint site and other RAC Management Tools by regularly updating documents lists calendars and other site content to reflect team activities priorities and regulatory and compliance requirements.
Conduct data analysis to support future Compliance Management reports metric data and analysis of process performance.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support for team members using SharePoint Outsystems Power Apps and Power BI to resolve business challenges.
Research new functionality and capabilities within existing tools helping to plan for future enablement.
Engage with TIS teams to communicate specific technical issues and requests as required.
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree or two-year associate degree in technical field or a combination of education and experience in computer science with an interest in a compliance/auditing field.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online with the ability to create edit and organize digital content effectively.
The ability to identify and resolve common SharePoint issues or escalate appropriately.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power BI Power Automate Virtual Agents and CoPilot.
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment
Business travel required 10%
