Job Summary
Bloom is a full-service workplace design consultancy representing Craft Public Relations on their search for an Account Director to join their team. As Talent Advisors we will be the liaison between our Craft Public Relations and yourself during this recruitment process. We do not use fancy tech to search through resumes at Bloom; every resume is reviewed by a human to ensure that we attain a consistent and equitable interview process. Craft is Hiring
At Craft the Account Director position falls between the Senior Account Manager and Vice President roles. The role expects that youll manage accounts including providing strategic oversight and leading hands-on execution under the guidance of a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The Opportunity
- Leading the development of campaign ideas taking ownership of ideation and plan development including developing effective and impactful plans
- Providing strong hands-on oversight over the execution of those ideas ensuring that every touchpoint supports the identified strategy
- Keeping tabs on the details - time and money! - through the management of workback schedules status reports and budget trackers
- Serving as a role model to teams and the broader agency and motivating teams to deliver great work - even in the face of roadblocks and challenges
- Providing sharp and insightful client counsel and building deep and trusted client relationships
Note: this role will require serving as a people manager to one to two team members providing leadership support and coaching.

$100000 - $120000 a year
Salary & Benefits
Account Director Salary Range: $100000 - $120000 / year

Location
Craft offers a hybrid work-from-home and in-office model. All employees work from Crafts office at 507 King Street East on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This role will require occasional travel within Canada and to the US for meetings and events.
The Process

2. Virtual interview with company president Lisa Pasquin and Cristina Rotondo Senior Account Manager (60 mins)
3. Complete our Craft Assignment
4. In-person interview* with Ali Azzopardi Senior Vice President and Emily Chang Senior Account Manager (45 mins) final connect with Ali (15 mins)
5. Reference checks
