About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts in the KSA market. This role will focus on driving growth through new client acquisition and expanding existing partnerships for our B2B Rewards & Engagement Programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in corporate sales excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of how to create value for clients across multiple industries.
As a B2B Sales Manager you will
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
  • Identify engage and secure new corporate clients across diverse sectors such as banking financial services retail telecom airlines and other large enterprises.
  • Build and nurture strong long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and offering tailored engagement and rewards solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product development customer support) to design customized solutions and proposals.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure competitive and accurate pricing strategies are presented to clients.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial and legal terms ensuring agreements meet both client expectations and company requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Deliver regular reports and forecasts to senior management providing actionable insights and recommendations.

What were looking for
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales business development or account management preferably in rewards loyalty fintech or engagement solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in KSA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the KSA market landscape regulations and business culture.
