Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients in the Financial Services Industry.
- Lead and guide technical teams in the successful implementation of D365 solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including business users project managers and other technical teams to define and clarify technical requirements and the scope of work.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle from initial planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Azure Power Platform and Dynamics 365 and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and features to enhance our solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Azure Power Platform Customer Insight and Dynamics 365 providing training and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
