Job Description
During a period of one-year Trainee Application Consultants will be exposed to different ERPs/ CRM applications and middleware technologies used in the IT enterprise Landscape. Within this period they will be trained on different technologies that will enhance their skills to pursue their career on stated applications.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Project Delivery
- Understand how projects are organized and how IT Enterprise Landscape is setup;
- Actively engage on solution learning activities and try to be a energetic contributor for projects;
- Understand your role as a Software Developer / middleware developer in a project.
Process Improvement
- Learn and Adhere to implemented organizational processes at your earliest.
Skills Development
- Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach;
- Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.
POTENTIAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information & Communication technology Software Engineering Management Information System or any related discipline or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent knowledge in Software Engineering and Software development lifecycle;
- Experience in University IT projects developed using Java related technologies is preferred;
- Writing Java applications in Eclips / Net beans framework
- Micro services to read/write data in Kafka topics
- Spring Boot 2/ Sprint Framework
- Angular / ReactJS minimum
- Knowledge how to expose SOAP / REST webservices from Java applications
- Kubernetes with Docker exposure
- Knowledge in Micro service Architecture and technologies
- Other value-added technologies for profile.
- Knowledge in Redis
- Knowledge in cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP
- Exposure to CRM (mainly ) or ERP (mainly SAP) would be an added advantage;
- Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills;
- Experience in working in an Agile / Lean environment an asset.
