What youll be doing
As part of the Analytics & Data Enablement team youll strengthen CIBCs enterprise data and analytics capabilities. As a Consultant Power Platform youll champion Microsoft Power Platform services set clear priorities for the product roadmap and guide partners across Technology & Operations and the Lines of Business toward effective self-service analytics. Youll translate business goals into actionable requirements establish governance standards and oversee end-to-end product delivery from concept through rollout and continuous improvement. Youll provide subject-matter expertise on data management reporting and automation opportunities that elevate client and team member experiences. Youll liaise with vendors monitor emerging solutions and ensure our practices align with CIBCs data strategy and risk standards.

How youll succeed
Product leadership Define and prioritize the Power Platform backlog set release goals and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features on schedule.
Strategic governance Establish and maintain standards controls and best practices that keep our analytics environment secure scalable and aligned to enterprise policies.
Stakeholder partnership Collaborate with Lines of Business Technology Enterprise Architecture Risk and vendors to capture requirements and provide clear actionable guidance.
Innovation & continuous improvement Identify opportunities to automate manual processes streamline reporting and introduce new capabilities that improve data-driven decision making.
Knowledge sharing Design and deliver training documentation and communities of practice that empower colleagues to become confident self-service analytics users.
