Baylor University is seeking an Office Manager in the Equity Office to support and further the universitys mission. This role includes front desk management such as welcoming guests answering calls scheduling appointments and maintaining lobby and office supplies. The position also supports program coordination manages social media accounts tracks attendance oversees budgets and procurement and submits maintenance and IT requests to ensure smooth office operations.
A bachelor degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. Three years of relevant work experience are preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of the education equipment.
40 hours/week with some evenings and weekends will be required. M-F daytime hours will be adjusted to meet these needs.
