We would love you to join us at Experian in helping us to shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. We are looking for an I-9 Completion Analyst to support our I-9 clients and ensure accuracy in completion of I-9s and E-Verify submissions. Youll help shape a new business at Experian and help to guide market reach of our products in this space.
We are looking for a knowledgeable I-9 Processor to join our team. You will ensure compliance with Form I-9 documentation procedures. Your role will involve direct interaction with client employees through video calls to verify I-9 documentation and complete the Form I-9. The I-9 Processor will also guide clients through the I-9 process review forms for accuracy and help resolve any discrepancies related to I-9 and E-Verify. Additionally the I-9 Processor will respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
As the ideal candidate you will work across functional units to ensure success. You will also manage a variety of tasks within a collaborative team environment while keeping tasks prioritized. The ability to raise issues before they turn into problems is critical. You also bring creative and strategic solutions to the table to help resolve issues. You are comfortable with web conferencing technology and working with individuals of diverse backgrounds. You will report to Experians Director - I-9 Delivery Operations.
