ABS Technology Field Service Technician:

Advantage Business Systems currently has an opening for a Technology Service Technician based in the Jackson Mississippi area. Standard working hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.

Service sales marketing parts supplies human resources and administration are all coordinated locally from our Jackson offices. Technicians service and support office technology products including mailing systems shipping systems folders inserters envelope openers tracking systems copiers multifunction devices printers wide format systems and production printing equipment.

Mechanical aptitude is essential for troubleshooting. Communication skills are a must for daily customer interactions. Extra effort is expected as we work together to provide the finest customer service and technology support available.

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude is required.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Have a permanent address

High School diploma or equivalent

Two year technical degree is a plus
