AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the entire process of collection as per project guidelines.
- Off-site to vendors customers consumers etc.
- Gather information as per prescribed criteria and in an orderly manner.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors.
- Good team player.
- Interacting with the customers fixing appointments & getting orders.
- Reporting to the Field Supervisor / Auditor
TASK & AUTHORIZATION
- Take all necessary trainings about content schedule and practice of the project from Panel Research Field Staff responsible before field obey the rules.
- Edit forms after taking sales information before sending them to the head office (check if stock and price information are taken if there is a non-used category if there is a lack in campaigns or if the model cods are true etc.)
- Fix errors in forms identified as problematic during edit process that are sent back from Head office.
- Regularly update shops/dealers list. Contact new dealers instead of cancelled ones and collect their sales information.
- Inform Panel Research Field Responsible/Field Project Responsible if there is a possible delay in completing the field activity and put into practice a new action plan.
- Collect monthly prices for specific brands campaign brochures and store inserts.
- Inform Panel Research Field Project Responsible about changes in the field (new opened important shops/dealers/chains new brands in the market new types of dealers etc.) and changes in store types of existing dealers.
- Perform extra jobs in the office assigned by Panel Research Field Responsible.
- Work in pilot and adaption practices for pocket PCs information-collecting process assigned by Audit Manager.
- Collect regular information (shops/distributors questions visits to chain stores etc.) from field and inform the head office.
- Explain reports that are sent from head office to shops/dealers and answers their questions.
- Annually apply screening forms to all shops/dealers in the field.
- Organize and follow up upon any additional tasks assigned by Field Supervisor such as surveying formation of new lists calling and getting information from existing or potential shops/dealers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Intermediate (Graduation will be a plus)
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of field work experience.
