Within the Area Contract Lifecycle Management & Finance we are looking for a Junior Project Manager who provides pro-active and hands-on PMO support on projects and initiatives and supports senior project managers in the execution of strategic projects.

Day to day:
From a day-to-day perspective the role includes the following main responsibilities:
Junior Project Management:
- Provide pro-active and hands-on PMO support on projects and initiatives. This includes activities such as but not limited to developing project plans organizing the set-up of the required project governance monitor status and progress assist in the determining the approach business case and incorporating the requirements
- Facilitating the communication and collaboration with project stakeholders and team members in-line with the project objectives
- Introduce tooling and techniques that can be applied to projects and initiatives
- Development towards a project manager role by leading small sized projects - initiating and set-up on smaller projects and initiatives including ensuring execution of these project plans and monitoring budget and milestones to ensure a quality project delivery and customer satisfaction

Essentials:
- A masters degree
- Project management experience - you bring together a cross-functional and cross organizational groups to deliver against plan scope and budget
- Analytical skills and the ability to summarize and communicate complex matters in simple and clear terms
- Ability to interact with influence and/or persuade others in a tactful manner respecting cultural and business differences
- A team player with sensitivity for stakeholder management communication and influencing skills
