Can you help us shape the experience of the software LEGO Model designers use to create the LEGO Experiences of tomorrow
Join us for a 12-month Copenhagen based position and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of LEGO digital storytelling. Lead the evolution of our computer graphics pipeline empowering artists and engineers to create breathtaking visuals with smarter faster and more connected tools!
Core Responsibilities
Pipeline Roadmap Support: Drive the product roadmap for a unified CG pipeline that streamlines asset creation rendering and review workflows.
Partner Coordination: Align with all partners and engineering teams to ensure the pipeline meets all needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with artists TDs and software engineers to deliver integrated solutions for asset management and data tracking.
User Insights: Collect feedback from production teams to prioritize features that directly improve efficiency and creative output.
Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure asset and metadata accuracy across the pipeline for consistency and reliability.
Delivery Support: Defining product requirements monitoring progress and tracking delivery against agreed goals and achievements.
Compliance & Standards: Support tools that ensure adherence to studio technical standards security policies and delivery specifications.

As Product Manager youll be embedded in the core technology team responsible for building and evolving the studios computer graphics production pipeline. You will work at the intersection of creative ambition and technical excellence ensuring that our artists and technical directors have the right tools to deliver world-class visuals efficiently and consistently. Youll partner closely with engineers designers and various partners to translate artistic needs into scalable future-proof solutions.
Together with your Lead Engineer and UX/Product Designer you will define the vision priorities and roadmap ensuring the pipeline meets the demands of current projects while preparing for the workflows of tomorrow. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic iterative environments and can champion both the creative and technical perspectives to keep the pipeline evolving in the right direction.
Please note: This is a position based in Copenhagen. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role!
Do you have what it takes
A background in Computer Science Digital Media or an equivalent or relevant professional experience that showcases your skills.
Experience in VFX animation game development or a similar industry.
A solid track record in managing CG pipelines digital content creation tools or large-scale production workflows within comparable environments.
A good understanding of image content creation pipelines including rendering and data management in CG VFX gaming or similar settings.
Additional qualifications
Familiarity with managing technical software and desktop applications especially in industrial and 3D contexts alongside experience in complex IT environments.
Strong analytical abilities for effective data interpretation and decision-making along with a background in setting and achieving objectives.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA to streamline workflows.
