2nd and 3rd Shift Production Maintenance

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To Support the maintenance and production teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn to do the following -

• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment.
• Record repairs of faulty equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Record daily transactions in Maximo.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn to do the following -

• Build tables frames fixtures etc. for production processes.
• Order and inventory spare parts.
• Evaluate equipment failure records for implementation of preventative maintenance tasks.
• Attend ATP (Advanced Team Process) CI (Continuous Improvement) and other support group meetings. Assist in the installation modification and relocation of equipment.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures safety regulations company safety policies and safely perform all duties including but not limited to promoting a safe workplace.
• Maintain high level of honesty integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.

POSITION DEMANDS:

• Basic understanding of mechanical electrical vacuum pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Record keeping skills preferred.
• Ability to maneuver in or around equipment. Intermediate PC skills preferred.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• This position reports to Bob Stone. Works closely with production and production support groups.
