Job Description
Position Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Information Technology team as an IT Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations and support within our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology eager to learn and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manages inventory user accounts and licenses
- Troubleshoots software hardware and network problems
- Document IT procedures configurations and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports as required by the IT team
- Researches and evaluates hardware software technology services and web applications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
- Collaboration and teamwork
