Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Operate and maintain all golf course equipment like a pro (because broken mowers dont make for happy golfers).
- Manage turf and grounds care including spraying and fertilizingkeeping those fairways lush and playable.
- Oversee the daily work of grounds crew staff inspecting course conditions and guiding the team to perfection.
- Assist with overall golf course operations and maintenance planning.
- Jump in wherever needed to help deliver a top-tier guest experience (were a team-first kind of place).
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in golf course maintenance You know your greens from your roughs and how to keep them thriving.
- Working knowledge of maintaining tees fairways and greens Healthy turf is the foundation of a great round.
- Turf management experience or education (preferred) Gives you an edge in managing soil grass and everything in between.
- High school diploma or equivalent The basics matter when building a career on the course.
