Direct Support Professional - DSP Home & Community Based Services Day-Hab
Position: Full-time
Wage: Starting at $17.75-$19.50 per hour
Average Wage with premium pay rates for weekend hours:
$20.71-22.75 per hour (blended between regular and premium pay rates).
Schedule Options:
Sun Mon Tue: 8AM-8PM
Thur Fri Sat: 8AM-8PM
Wed Fri Sat: 9AM-9PM
Sun Mon Tue: 9AM-9PM
Other options for DSP III level homes (experience required):
Mon Tue Wed: 9AM-9PM
Wed Thur Fri 9AM-9PM

Day Hab is a service where clients who may not be working or have still have an opportunity to engage in their community volunteer and participate in social opportunities that help grow independence support health and bring some fun into the mix of day to day life. Our staff are creative energetic and willing lend a hand in a number of ways.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including bathing toileting and hygiene support (lifting required with support of lifts).
- Document client progress toward personal goals.
- Communicate and coordinate with teams to support clients effectively.
- Accompany clients to outings and events.
- Foster community integration and meaningful social experiences.
- Follow detailed dietary instructions.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check drug screen and driving record check.
- Valid drivers license reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance. AND High School diploma or equivalent.
