IT Infrastructure Project Director
We are seeking a seasoned and experience Project Leader to join our IT Infrastructure team based in Singapore to support a strategic initiative that looks at IT Infrastructure transformation. This senior role is responsible to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of key IT Infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders managing contractors and vendors and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement infrastructure project strategy plans and governance frameworks
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects including planning design development go-live and closeout
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget
- Lead and coordinate internal teams contractors consultants and suppliers to achieve project goals
- Monitor project risks and issues implement mitigation strategies and resolve conflicts proactively
- Collaborate with internal departments such as IT Applications IT Security IT Risk & Compliance IT Architecture and IT Transformation Office for project alignment and support
- Provide regular status reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes tools and methodologies
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure projects teams fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and external partners
We are looking for people who
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computing or related field with extensive experience in IT Infrastructure
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in large IT infrastructure programme/projects with leadership roles
- Certification and strong knowledge of project management (e.g. PMP Agile PRINCE2) and portfolio management (e.g. PfMP P3O)
- Prior experience in financial services and in working with regulators such as MAS and BNM
- Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams manage stakeholders at senior levels and influence strategy direction
- Proven track record managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects including budgeting scheduling and risk management.
- Strong team player with attention to detail resilience under pressure and an adaptable and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent leadership communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
