Build a world-class sales team
To fuel our international growth were looking for an International Business Developer ready to take ownership of a brand new market abroad.
As part of our Sales team (15 people spread across Europe) you will be on the front line to open build and scale a new geography with full autonomy and support from HQ.
You will:
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and upselling.
Engage with top decision-makers from startup founders to office managers in global companies.
Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for your region.
Test learn and adapt your approach to reach ambitious growth targets.
Work closely with Marketing and Ops to maximize lead generation and customer satisfaction.
Outbound (70%): Prospect new companies (startups SMBs corporates) via email calls and LinkedIn. Build local partnerships (coworking distributors resellers).
Inbound (30%): Qualify incoming leads collaborating with Marketing to improve conversion.
Upsell: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
Events & Trade Shows: Represent Work with Island in industry events to generate leads and boost visibility.
Analysis & Optimization: Track KPIs analyze performance and continuously refine your sales playbook.
