Role at a Glance
TAIT is a purpose-driven civil engineering and architectural consulting firm. Were looking for a detail-oriented organized Project Administrator to join our Loveland team and play a vital role in keeping projects and operations running efficiently.

In this role youll blend administrative and financial responsibilitiessupporting project teams while contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment.

Position Description
  • Keep project and accounting files organized current and easily accessible
  • Set up new projects in the accounting system and adjust budgets as needed
  • Support Project Managers by assisting in budget management processing contract documents preparing change orders and general team coordination
  • Prepare and send project invoices
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices through collections process
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle sensitive financial and project information with discretion
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in accounting support or project coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (2 years preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail reliability and initiative
  • A fast learner who can adapt and grow with the role
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
  • This is an in-office role.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally bend or reach overhead
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to drive a personal vehicle occasionally
Salaryand Benefits
Salary range for position: $20/hr. - $30/hr.
