This role isnt just about crunching numbers. Its aboutinfluence. Youll uncover actionable insights from diverse data sources and help shape strategic decisions that improve customer experiences and drive product development.

This role goes beyond data analysis its about shaping direction. Youll uncover meaningful insights from a variety of data sources that play a key role in strategic decision making enhancing customer experience and driving product innovation.
What Youll Be Doing
Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business challenges into analytical questions.
Digging into behavioural research and panel data to uncover trends and opportunities.
Creating dashboards reports and narratives that make complex data clear and compelling.
Supporting strategic planning with data-driven recommendations.
Championing customer-centric thinking across the organisation.
What Youll Bring
Experience delivering research projects independently ideally in education or assessment.
Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Confidence in translating complex data into clear actionable insights.
A curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and data visualisation skills.
