Job Description
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced bilingual Project Manager Consultant to lead the migration of client end users and their content from Google Suite to Microsoft 365. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the migration project ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline.
Responsibilities
-Lead the planning execution and delivery of the Google Suite to M365 migration project.
-Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.
-Identify and manage project risks dependencies and issues.
-Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
-Provide regular updates and clear communication to stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
Requirements
-8 years of proven experience in project management with a focus on M365 migration projects.
-Strong technical understanding of both Google Suite and Microsoft 365 environments.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both French and English.
-Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
-Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall PMBOK).
-Must be available to work on-site or in hybrid mode in one of the following locations: Montreal Valcourt Sherbrooke or Brossard.
