Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the companys daily cash position ensuring adequate cash balances for the companys financial obligations in each country and legal entity the company does business in
  • Primary contact for internal inquiries related to payments cash management and bank account issues
  • Creates and maintains the bank account database (inventory of bank accounts signatories and authorizations along with a repository of authorizing documents) to ensure all bank accounts are within company policy.
  • Provide support for foreign exchange and interest rate hedge programs
  • Manage intercompany funding/settlement process
  • Provide audit support gathering the necessary information on requests and selections
  • Supports Companys business insurance program including certificates of insurance bonds and renewal application process
  • Work to improve bank related services driving lower costs and optimization of global bank account structure
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA MBA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) is a plus
  • 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury Corporate Accounting and/or Commercial/investment banking
  • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines with attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent documentation skills to be used in developing audit work papers and completing SOX reviews.
  • Strong skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word)
  • A good understanding of accounting fundamentals required
  • Experience with publicly-held manufacturing company is a plus
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) experience a plus

The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is 93500 - 110000.

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive and level of participation are determined annually.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
