As the Client Services Coordinator on our Partnerships team youll be the first line of communication and organization for our partners. Youll manage details track commitments document conversations and maintain accurate records in our client systems.
This role will initially focus primarily on Ben Greenfield Life Partnerships serving as the communications and organizational hub for our partner relationships. As the Partnerships team expands the role will broaden to include client services and coordination across the full LIFE Enterprises ecosystem: LIFE Network LIFE Market and TRIUMPH Coaching.
This position requires a blend of exceptional communication operational precision and relational intelligence. Youll thrive here if you are highly organized proactive relationally savvy and motivated by turning complexity into clarity.
Communications Hub: Serve as a key point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders ensuring professional clear and timely communication.
Client System Management: Document and track interactions deals and commitments with accuracy in CRM or other platforms.
Partner Support: Provide outstanding client services to partners answering questions solving problems and ensuring they feel valued and prioritized.
Organizational Backbone: Keep meetings documentation and follow-up organized and executed with precision.
Creative Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively create solutions that strengthen partner relationships.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the executive leadership team to support initiatives campaigns and partner growth.
Phenomenal communicator who is confident personable and professional across written and verbal channels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with documentation process and keeping systems clean and accurate.
CRM experience (any platform) with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems.
Relational and understanding and able to build trust and rapport with clients and partners.
Proactive initiative-taking and doesnt wait to be told but anticipates needs and acts.
Creative problem-solver who is able to think beyond the obvious and deliver smart practical solutions.
Thrives in a remote fast-paced environment with high standards of excellence.
Salary: $65000 $80000 annually (based on experience)
