We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our Events & Retail Marketing program in the Northern Indiana this role youll oversee strategy execution and team leadership for consumer-facing marketing initiatives including home shows trade shows retail activations and community events. Youll be responsible for building and coaching a team of Brand Ambassadors who generate leads create memorable customer experiences and represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in the field.

What Youll Do
- Develop and execute event & retail marketing strategies that drive qualified lead generation and brand awareness.
- Recruit coach and inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors and Field Supervisors to deliver outstanding consumer engagement.
- Partner with the Director of Events to identify and secure new event opportunities in the region.
- Set performance goals analyze results and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lead conversion.
- Provide hands-on leadership in the field by attending events modeling best practices and delivering real-time coaching.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective event execution.
- Facilitate ongoing training programs to strengthen team performance and consumer interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on company goals and reporting.
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of experience in field marketing experiential marketing event management or consumer engagement programs.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse personalities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze campaign performance.
- Flexible schedule to support events (including evenings and weekends).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
