The Creative Content Manager is responsible for managing the creation and development of Southern Tides creative content including digital and print content (email social media ads banner display interactive mail instore displays etc). This key role will partner with the channel leaders (retail ecommerce wholesale) and Oxfords Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to develop and manage the creative content calendar ensure all creative content meets brand standards is delivered on time and drives customer engagement. This role will both manage a team of content creators and serve as the primary digital content creator.

Crew Position:

Creative Content Management

  • Collaborate with key business partners to develop and manage creative content calendar. Anticipate business needs and ensure deliverables are on time.
  • Develop Southern Tide creative content standards and lead team of content creators to develop content that meets requirements. Educates all functions on creative content standards to support larger brand awareness
  • Stay up-to-date on all styles and features of products to better communicate to the targeted audience.
  • Partner with Oxford Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to deliver content that drives customer engagement and overall sales.
  • Manage team performance. Provide feedback and direction.

Digital Content Creation:

  • Develop and execute a one-brand direct-to-consumer email marketing strategy collaborating with Marketing and eCommerce teams.
  • Create personalized communications to increase engagement traffic conversion rate and sales through email campaigns.
  • Create email campaigns for direct-to-consumer signature stores and internal retailer customers.
  • Create imagery and graphics for and social media channels.
  • Create and maintain online advertising needs including web banners and display ads.
