Your Role
- Manage cases from intake to closure in a supportive but fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities:
- Reduce Marks decision fatigue to free him to focus on his competencies: client development client counseling strategic legal thinking trials negotiations vision and marketing.
- Crush deadlines with no errors.
- Move all cases forwardalways.
- Anticipate and independently solve challenges.
- Shepherd families through probate administration and estate planning with compassion efficiency and excellence which turns clients into raving fans.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries heirs and financial institutions.
- Manage docket calendar communications files postings ads etc.
- Conduct legal research/writing prepare trial notebooks and craft compelling plain English demand letters pleadings motions notices deeds wills trusts POAs etc.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree paralegal certificate or SBOT board certification.
- 5 years of Texas probate or wills and trusts.
- Well-versed in Texas Estates Code drafting basic estate plans and e-filing.
- Proficient in or quick to master AI (Grok Claude) Westlaw Office 365 Clio etc.
- Big picture and detail oriented.
- Coachable self-reflective competitive (but not cut-throat).

Compensation
- $80000-$90000 base salary commensurate with experience skills and ability to quickly jump into the fray with limited guidance.
- Monthly/quarterly bonuses tied to KPIs.
