About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to lead Gen3s growth strategy in the Federal Civilian market. This role will work closely with executive leadership to align business development efforts with company goals develop and execute our opportunity pipeline and lead a high-performing BD team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of federal procurement a proven track record of winning contracts in the $5M$25M range and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
The ideal candidate is a strategic results-driven business development professional with a deep understanding of the Federal Civilian IT landscape. You bring a strong track record of identifying and capturing high-value opportunities particularly in cybersecurity privacy and IT program management. You are both a leader and a collaboratorcomfortable guiding teams building partnerships and engaging with clients at all levels.
You thrive in a fast-paced mission-focused environment and are energized by the challenge of growing a business. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and you are adept at navigating the complexities of federal procurement. Most importantly you are passionate about delivering value to clients and contributing to a culture of excellence inclusion and innovation.
Location:Remote U.S. Candidates local to the DMV area are preferred.
