This role involves engaging with customers online providing exceptional service and closing sales to help our customers find the perfect RV for their adventures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online inquiries and engage with customers through various digital channels.
- Provide information on available RVs features pricing and promotions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
