Type: Full-time (starts with Bangkok territory; fast track to national responsibility)

About the role:
Our client is a leading importer & distributor of premium international beverage brands. Theyre consolidating operations in-house and moving to a nearby new site cutting out middlemen and owning the end-to-end distribution. They are seeking a proactive Sales Manager who can lead this transition stabilize operations and drive aggressive growth across on-trade and off-trade channels.
Lead coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Willingness to travel across Thailand as the role expands.
3 years sales experience in beverages or FMCG (premium
beverage/import experience highly preferred).Go-getter attitude: proactive self-starting outcome-oriented.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).
Experience leading small-to-medium sales teams.
Comfortable with CRM/reporting tools and basic sales analytics.
Competitive base salary commission & performance bonuses.
