We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mentee Associate Dentist to work within one of our clients established NHS & Private Dental Practices located in Swindon.

Are you seeking a role that gives you the clinical freedom to provide the dentistry youre passionate about while expanding your skills and growing patient demand including NHS patients

The Contract & Benefits:

  • Benefit from a dedicated mentor structured guidance and an experienced Practice Manager to ensure you receive the right training and development to succeed.
  • Ongoing support with your CPD and personal growth throughout your career
  • An existing patient list and discounted indemnity cover for associates
  • We also have a Sponsorship License and can assist suitable applicants with a Tier 2 UK work visa
  • Start earning through independent dental activity on a self-employed basis while obtaining your performer number with the opportunity to transition to NHS activity once approved.
  • Achievable NHS UDA targets with the opportunity to increase plus a competitive and negotiable UDA rate based on experience.
  • Enjoy the security of a UDA contract that includes NHS pension scheme membership along with access to NHS sick pay and maternity benefits.
  • Up to 28 non-clinic-days (inclusive of bank holidays pro rata)

The Working Hours

  • The position is available on a full-time basis.
  • Surgery space available: Monday to Saturday.

Our Clients

Our clients offer fully computerised and modern facilities including spacious surgeries staff and decontamination rooms digital x-rays and professional support teams. Some of our clients also offer disability access whilst others offer a comprehensive range of services such as implants sedation orthodontic and endo with the latest Cerec equipment. Each practice is unique

About You

  • Possess full GDC registration
  • You must have passed the IELTS exam to 7.5 score or higher
  • Minimum of 1 years experience working as a Dental Practitioner
