Job Description
- Physiotherapist Oncology & Lymphoedema
We are seeking an experienced Oncology and Lymphoedema Physiotherapist to join our Ramsay Health Plus allied health outpatient team at Hollywood Private Hospital located in Perth.
To succeed in this role you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
Your demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands will also assist you in this role.
Successful candidates will also meet the following criteria:
- Two years of experience in oncology and/or lymphoedema ideally in an outpatient setting
- Outpatient focused continued professional development and a commitment to maintenance of current evidence-based practice
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Current full and unrestricted registration Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Candidates who meet the following criteria will be highly regarded:
- Accredited Level 1 lymphoedema training
- Previous experience providing support and education to junior staff
- Evidence of Quality initiatives
- Experience in working with Accredited Exercise Physiology
- Member of the APA Cancer Palliative Care & Lymphoedema special interest group
- Member of Australian Lymphoedema Association.
