Job Description
Are you skilled motivated and love working outdoors Russell Landscape is looking for hard-working crew members to join our commercial enhancement and hardscape team. If youre ready to grow with a top-tier landscaping company that values quality and teamworkwe want to meet you.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Work on commercial enhancement and hardscape projects
- Install and maintain landscaping featuresmulch plants stonework seasonal color etc.
- Use mowers trimmers blowers and power tools with care and skill
- Support grading planting drainage and basic masonry tasks as needed
- Help load/unload equipment and maintain tools daily
- Follow Crew Leader instructions and ensure every job site is clean and safe
- Take pride in creating beautiful functional outdoor spaces
What You Bring to the Table:
- 12 years of landscape or hardscape experience preferred (but well train the right person!)
- Comfortable using landscape tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Valid drivers license is a plus
