Responsibilities
- Developing and executing tax strategies to optimize BOI privileges.
- Ensuring tax compliance through internal process reviews tax computations report preparation filing and responding to inquiries from the Tax Revenue Department (TRD).
- Managing transfer pricing arrangements collaborating with external professionals and assisting with business-related queries.
- Offering tax advice and support for various business projects.
- Liaising with the revenue department to address and resolve tax issues.
- Handling all tax-related inquiries and concerns both internally and externally.
- Leading any assigned tax projects.
- Undertaking additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Taxation Economy Law (CPA is preferred).
- 6 years of experience in tax advisory and tax compliance.
- Experience from big 4 is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of all tax regulations with BOI expertise considered an advantage
- Results-oriented and open-minded possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Embraces a continuous improvement mindset ready to take on challenges by leading or participating in Kaizen projects.
- Fluent in English as the working language.
