Procurement Software Ordering Consultant

Position Description:

Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for the end-to-end software ordering process including requisition management purchase order handling and license validation. Provides support in resolving eProcurement issues invoice exceptions and supplier-related concerns while ensuring timely software delivery and payment processing. Mentors team members manages task distribution and ensures SLA compliance through active coordination and monitoring. Actively participates in process improvement initiatives reporting and cross-functional training to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Function as a Subject Matter Expert and Point of Contact for providing support in the areas of end-to-end Software Ordering process.
Create validate manage and monitor purchase requisitions.
Execute the creation tracking and cancellation of purchase orders.
Validate new reinstallation and transfer requests for available licenses.
Address all eProcurement queries and concerns related to pricing and suppliers.
Support in resolving eProcurement issues and invoice exceptions.
Coordinate internally and externally in resolving payment and software delivery concerns.
Proactively identify and investigate potential issues providing information and solutions to prevent them.
Handle escalations complex and high-risk cases and any related concerns until closure.
Perform mailbox maintenance and reporting activities.
Mentor and coach consultants of the team including the distribution and management of tasks.
Monitor coordinate and work together with the team to ensure client expectations and SLA compliance are met
Attend process-related meetings with Business Units and client-partners and conduct cross-functional training as necessary.
Support the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and drive efficiency.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
Broad knowledge and understanding on Project Administration Reporting and Delivery Support and ITAM services.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong leadership skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/problems and deliver effective resolutions with a level of urgency.
Proficient in MS Office application particularly MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Proficient in using ITAM Tools such as PeopleSoft ITSM and FNMS.
Resourceful flexible and open to suggestion/s
Ability to operate with minimal supervision and efficient in time management to perform all necessary deliverables.
Ability to work effectively in a global multicultural environment.
Flexibility in aligning shift with project requirements.
