Job Description

Our busy clinic at East Tamaki is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of the Habit Health way.
This is a role open toall skill levels but we are specifically looking for a vocational OT assessor. If you are looking for a training and mentorship opportunity we can provide it to you. If you are a mid-career OT looking to work towards a more leadership role we can provide you with those opportunities too.
Our OTs work on a variety of contracts including Social Rehab Vocational Rehab and Pain. There are many streams to grow in and lead from.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members in a supportiveMDT
- Create patient reports on client abilities goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:
- Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Drivers license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
For Occupational Therapists based overseas:
- As an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process
- Support in gaining the NZ Occupational Therapy Board license
- Assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand
