Deliver customer support in Italian via chat phone and email.
Communicate confidently and professionally at all times.
Troubleshoot and escalate customer issues as required.
Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.
Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the service team.
Native/fluent proficiency in Italian with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Good English for collaboration with international colleagues.
Previous customer service/support experience is desirable.
Professional confident and adaptable with the ability to work remotely.
